A Brief History

For over 80 years, Camp Swatara has been offering resident camping for kids of all ages. The Family Camping Center, with cabins and sites for tents and RVs, has been operating for over 50 years. Retreat facilities have also been enhanced over the years.

As Camp Swatara steadily grew and built a foundation of programing where FAITH is FORMED, MEMORIES are MADE, and GOD is GLORIFIED, it has alway been responsive to the dynamic needs of our constituency.
